Manufacturing Facilities:
We are a manufacturers of high quality bearings having our plants certified for ISO 9001-2000/TS 16949 by International Agency. Our factories use world-class equipemnt like Single Chucking Machines and Multi Spindle Automats. The critical heat-treatment plants have both Salt Bath and Oil Fired Furnaces for through hardening and case carborising. Grinding is done on a range of machinery from Voumard, Nova, Famir Diskus& Cinncinnati. The Vibratory, Super Finishing Process gives our bearings extra service life. Jet washing& oiling machines ensure dust free supply. We have a fully air-conditioned& dust controlled assembly as well as a fully equipped Test laboratory.
Quality Assurance:
The Quality Assurance management system conforms to the ISO 9002 requirement, certified by TUV-Bayren, Germany. Also now all our facalities are TS 16949 also. Inspection is done at every process stage of the product using Patern, Tally Round and Testing Rings. Control plans and a failure mode effect analysis are also prepared.
