Odinary Type X35B3 Semi-Automatic Vacuum Capping Machine

This type machine’s model is X35B3. It is made of carbon steel hot-plate and adopts the process of electrostatic spray.

Principle:

This machine adopts the technology of full sealed open type vacuum chamber used in capping machine and can seamer. It is suitable for vacuum packaging of glass bottle with tin jaw cap in canned food industry. It’s a semi-automatic machine, and all of sending caps, inputing/outputting jars, closing the vacuum chamber are going by human. The pneumatic drives capping, the precise control actuator contros the twist, and the Non-friction torque limit lengthens the life. X35B3 Desktop Vacuum Capping Machine adopts the realiable full sealing technology, so a low power vacuum pump just to be provided but realize a ideal vacuum value. The vacuum value is adjustable according to the request.

Applications:

X35 series machines with economy, wide applicability, usability, reliability, and mobility are suitable to use in small production workshops, special specification purposes, Laboratories etc. Both the round bottles and special shaped bottles, the bottle inner diameter is between 4 and 11cm, the hight is between 5 and 18cm, can be screwed by the machine. The standard tin jaw caps, the diameter is 30 and 85mm, are suitable too.

Cap Type Scope: The cap type meets the standards of QB/T 1499-2000, out diameter is between 33.5 and 85 mm, thickness is between 8.6 and 16mm.

Bottle Size Scope:

The standard cap type and non-standard type, which is in the scope of QB/T 1499-2000, are suitable.

Bottle section: cirlular or non-circular;

Section Diameter: < 110mm;

Bottle Height: < 180mm.

Technology Advantages:
