Sanfuda has 10 years of experience as a designer and manufacturer of personal electronic products, novelties, and premiums. Design Engineering Center
15 engineers at Sanfuda are fully equipped with design development hardware and software including high-performance PC workstations, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, Protel, and PADS.
High-Volume Manufacturing
We have six automated assembly lines with a monthly capacity output of 600,000 units. Engineer managed in-house process capabilities include plastic injection molding and IC bonding.
Quality Control
Our quality assurance activities are focused on supporting your AQL objectives. We create standardized forms and reports for sample approval, production metrics, and in-line and final QA inspections. Our QA team performs at least three in-line audits for an average order and randomly inspects your cartons prior to freight loading.
