Kimprofit's 18,000-square-meter factory is equipped with 10 production lines and manufacturing equipment from Japan, such as data precision slow moving wire cutting machine, 250T dual axis pressing machines, plastic injection molding machines, SMT machines and CNC electric discharge machines. We have our own molding workshop, which helps greatly in cost control.
Over 300 material suppliers
We have established excellent relationships with over 300 raw material suppliers, therefore we can select materials with the most reasonable prices. To ensure product quality, we source rolled steel in Korea and Japan, plastic in Korea and the Taiwan area, and electronic components in Hong Kong SAR.
Three to four new models released each month
All the 18 members of our R&D team have at least 5 years' experience in this industry. Our R&D staff can work directly with you so communicating your ODM requirements is convenient. We release three to four new models each month. With the advanced devices introduced from Japan and the Taiwan area, we can promptly handle your ODM orders (two months for cases and 25 days for panels).
