Between the years 1994 and 1998, we successfully achieved our original capital accumulation by making quality alarm systems for motorcycles and cars. In 1999 we were one of the first enterprises to receive the 'Up-To-Grade Test Qualification' certificate from the Public Security Sector of China. In the same year, we were also one of the first to obtain the national license of 'Manufacture and Marketing Qualification Certification'. We further acquired a 'Beijing Marketing Qualification Certificate' and were noted as one of most popular brands by consumers in China.
