Profile
We have been producing kitchen appliances for OEM buyers since 1993. In 2000, we started developing our own Tinon brand. Our product range now covers gas stoves, sterilizing cabinets,electrical built in oven and burners and hardware punching parts.
Rolling out 1.5 million units annually
Tinon's 40,000-square-meter factory and 500 staff can output a million gas stoves and 500,000 sterilizing cabinets each year. Forty percent of our US$100 million annual sales volume comes from exports to the US, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Testo 325 analysis
The fulcrum of our four-step quality management system is the flue gas analysis using Testo 325 probing kits. This ensures quick and accurate adjustment of burner temperature. We also line our appliances with a soft material to reduce impact and prevent dirt from accumulating inside the unit.
